About me
Welcome to Timothy Moss Photography.

I'm a Tasmanian photographer, working with the beautiful natural environment where I live.
My interest in photography is long-standing - although after studying photography, I didn't pursue it. Life got in the way, as did a lack of space for equipment.
With the advent of high-quality digital equipment, my interest was rekindled, and I have returned to my passion for finding and sharing the natural beauty where I live.
In my work I am particularly interested in light, pattern, and time - and how these three elements can be combined to produce images that sometimes reflect the world, sometimes evoke a new way of seeing the familiar and the known.
My work has been publicly exhibited - in 2008, a curated exhibition of my work titled 'First Light' was held at the University of Tasmania's Newnham Gallery. In 2009, three of my works were included as part of the group exhibition 'Sky', held at NEW Gallery, Launceston.
I hope you'll enjoy visiting my galleries on this site - and I would welcome your comments, critique, or feedback through the contact page.
